The team will be disqualified if such certification and proof can not be provided by Jan 31, 2012.

Reasons for the award:
1. IIUM of Malaysia has hosted the Asia Regionals for 3 times.
2. Each of those 3 contests includes most foreign teams in Asia:
a. 2011 - 60 teams including 29 foreign teams
b. 2010 - 68 teams including 35 foreign teams
c. 2008 - 60 teams including 35 foreign teams
3. Malaysia has not had any team advanced to WF for the past 10 years.
4. IIUM Tribute-> Ritchie is ranked #11 in KL site. The ever highest ranked team for
a Malaysia team for the past 10 years. The host team deserves the award.
